Paid memberships offer financial professional a chance to connect with the friends, family and clients through a personalized, monthly e-newsletter, The Financial Focus.  The paid member advisor simply chooses their industry focus and leaves a personal note for their email recipients, if so desired; FinancialSafetyNet produces the content and sends out the newsletter.  Now a conversation can begin about the strategies, products or educational information relevant to the clients needs.

Other membership enhancements include customized reporting so you can analyze then re-target your marketing campaign as necessary, and phone support for those who might need technical assistance on a regular basis.

What are my payment options?
All payments are made online via credit or debit card(s). Our secure processing is done via the FSN secure site payment page.  In an effort to ensure each member’s privacy, no credit card information is stored on our servers. It is all handled by a secure, reputable PCI-DSS compliant transaction gateway, available 24/7.

The company we use adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, encryption, privacy and security, including:

• User-friendly credit and debit card tools for updating card information or managing multiple credit cards.
• 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
• Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
• Compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, AMEX and Debit Cards with these logos.

I am already a registered FSN Advisor, what level of membership do I have now?
Existing FSN Advisors are Pro Plan level. Your current FSN Advisor membership level is displayed in the Advisor Dashboard under My Subscriptions.

How long do the FSN Advisor memberships last?
Pro Plan memberships are indefinite as long as you want to be listed in the FSN Advisor Directory. Paid plans are on a month-to-month renewal basis.

How do I renew my FSN Advisor membership?
By default, paid FSN Advisor memberships will auto-renew. This is done via automated payments unless you turn that feature off on the payment page. You will get a reminder prior to credit/debit card expiration date so that you can verify payment information or change the payment method prior to being charged.

Can I change my FSN Advisor membership level after I join?
Yes you can. All FSN Advisor members have been initially assigned to the Pro Plan level and can be changed at any time. Upgrading your level of membership can be done from the FSN Advisor Member Dashboard.

Can I cancel my FSN Advisor membership after payment is made?
Cancelling your paid FSN Advisor membership will reduce it to a Pro Plan level. No refunds will be provided. The remainder of your paid FSN Advisor membership term and benefits will continue until the last day of the month in which cancellation was requested. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to slewis@financialsafetynet.org

Can my company pay for my membership?
Individual payment options allow you to use payment information provided by an alternative payment source. We offer corporate and group memberships under the Enterprise Plan level. Please review “choose your plan” (above) for details.
